As a **Fulfillment Associate,** you will ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and shipments are handled accurately. You will coordinate with third-party vendors, perform inventory checks, and maintain documentation to support smooth operations. Your role will be essential in meeting customer service standards and optimizing order fulfillment processes.
In this role, you will report to the Manager, Fulfillment and work from our local office in St. Cloud, MN.

• Coordinate shipping and logistics.
• Communicate with third-party vendors for order fulfillment.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and updates.
• Maintain operational documents and records.
• Assist in preparing volume and demand planning analyses.
• Address customer inquiries with enhanced responsiveness.
• Identify and report operational inefficiencies.
• Support the team with administrative tasks.
