+ Sort, prioritize, and route incoming packages.
+ Handles packages in preparation for processing which includes opening boxes, and initial inspection of product.
+ Verify customers return products according to type and associated procedures.
+ Document inspection results, including any receiving issue, and communicate findings to the team.
+ Collaborate with the fellow team members and management to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
+ Adhere to company and safety standards during all inspections and handling procedures.
+ Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and frequent improvements of returns processing.
+ Other duties as assigned
