Fuel station & convenience manager

Main Responsibilities Manage overall fuel and convenience operations, including sales, administration, and staff supervision. Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement. Manage budgets, expenses, stock control, and inventory reconciliations to maximise profitability. Ensure excellent customer service and effective resolution of customer queries and complaints. Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations while supporting digital systems and process optimisation. Minimum Requirements Grade 12. A minimum of 6 years’ experience in retail sales, including proven store or team management experience.
