Fuel Blending Specialist – Marine Gas Oil (MGO)

We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Fuel Blending Specialist with deep expertise in Marine Gas Oil (MGO) blending and petroleum fuel formulation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in refinery or terminal operations, a thorough understanding of marine fuel standards, and the ability to develop and optimize blending recipes that meet both regulatory and commercial requirements. The candidate willing to relocate to Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize MGO and marine fuel blending programs to meet ISO 8217 and other applicable marine fuel standards.
• Design and manage blending recipes for various fuel grades, ensuring consistent product quality and compliance.
• Monitor and control blending operations, including component selection, ratio calculations, and quality verification.
• Conduct laboratory analysis and interpret test results (viscosity, density, ...
