Manage expectations and bridge the gap between regional strategy and operational constraints using business-relevant language.
Metrics Ownership & Performance Management
Drive Service Excellence by continuously reviewing, adjusting, and presenting FSSC metrics (KPIs/SLAs) to internal and external stakeholders.
Identify root causes of performance gaps and support teams in defining and implementing improvement actions.
