Fruit Production Manager / Farm Manager - Limpopo

Responsibilities

• Manage all fruit production activities
• Supervise permanent and seasonal staff
• Oversee irrigation, fertilisation, spraying, and pest control
• Monitor crop health, yield, and quality
• Manage harvesting and packhouse coordination
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety standards
• Control production costs and maintain farm records

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Agriculture or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ fruit farming/orchard management experience
• Strong leadership and staff management skills
• Knowledge of irrigation and pest management systems
• Computer literate
• Valid driver’s license
