**Front End Loader Commercial Driver**
**Monroe, Louisiana - Waste Connections**
**Schedule:** 3:30 AM–2:30 PM, Monday–Friday, plus one Saturday per month
**Pay:** $21–$24 per hour, depending on experience
Waste Connections is hiring a **Front End Loader Commercial Driver** in Monroe, Louisiana. **What You’ll Do**
+ Operate a front‑end loader safely and efficiently
+ Run assigned routes and complete routine pickups and container exchanges
+ Add customers or stops to an order and keep accurate route notes
+ Communicate with dispatch, supervisors, and customers
+ Perform daily **pre‑ and post‑route inspections** , including checking fluids, safety equipment, and tires
+ Follow all company safety standards
