Frontline Patient Service Specialist

Singapore National Eye Centre is seeking a Patient Service Associate who will provide excellent front-line services to patients. Your responsibilities include registering and scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and assisting nursing staff with patient-related activities. You will also be trained to perform swabs for testing when needed.

The role requires a passion for serving patients, good communication skills, and a willingness to work in PPE.
