Frontline IT Support Engineer (Windows, Mobile & 365)

New Zealand Parliament is seeking a Customer Technical Engineer to join the Parliament IT Customer Service team. You will provide frontline and onsite technical support across desktop and mobile environments, troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues, provisioning and managing requests, and acting as an escalation point to improve processes.

You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams, build strong relationships with key customers, and uphold a proactive, customer-focused
