Frontline Customer Support Agent – 6-Month Contract

Cyncly Group is seeking an L1 Support Agent to join their Support team on a 6‑month maternity cover basis. This frontline role is responsible for delivering high-quality customer support and ensuring a positive experience through effective communication.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer empathy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. Previous customer service experience and familiarity with ticketing systems are preferred.
