This is not just a “build what is in the ticket” role. We are looking for someone who can think deeply about users moving through a website, form, landing page, quote flow, or internal tool, then find ways to make that experience faster, clearer, more persuasive, and easier to use.
You should care about clean interfaces, conversion rates, page speed, small interaction details, and writing frontend code that is reliable, maintainable, and production-ready.
