Job Description

The Account team owns the capabilities across the full user lifecycle – from acquisition and account creation, through protection, recovery, and user management, to retention and end‑of‑life. Account is a key function positioned centrally, providing a foundation for all of Proton's products.
Tech Stack and Tools
- Web client is built with React and TypeScript.
- Client code is open‑source and licensed under GPL3.
- Infrastructure is migrating to Kubernetes.
- All services run on premise in Proton data‑centers.
- Work is organized with Jira and Confluence.
Future Plans
With additional Proton product releases, we aim to accelerate the account experience by unifying it across all devices, clients, and audiences. The team is also creating a scalable IAM solution that will underpin our B2B offerings.
