Technology support to Equities trading division with knowledge of FIX protocol.Troubleshooting process failures in Linux Environment, job conflicts and Job scheduling.Cloud infrastructure management.Handling start of day / End of Day production support.Functional Support to Order Management system.Basic Automation using scripting or code debugging.Client Report Generation & Customization using SQL and DB translation scripts.Manage CI/CD pipelines (build, deploy, release).Documentation of procedures, deployment steps, runbooks, and incident resolutions.Manage incident lifecycle — detection, logging, impact assessment, communication, and closure.
