The role

At Soho Farmhouse Ibiza the Front Office Manager is responsible for ensuring that all our members and guests are greeted with a warm and friendly welcome.

You will manage the operation of the hotel reception, housekeeping and maintenance following our standards procedures.

• Anticipate guest needs to enhance quality service in order to improve member and guest satisfaction and to train your department to deliver the same.
