Job Description

Red Chair Recruitment are presently searching for a Front Office Manager for our client, a 4* hotel based in Balbriggan, Co. Dublin.

The successful candidate will be tasked with the day to day running of reception and its staff, staff training and development, reviewing SOPs from the department, managing group reservations and liaising with other departments such as Sales and Revenue departments.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a hotel setting.

  • Knowledge of OTA Extranets is advantageous.

  • Working knowledge of Hotsoft System preferred.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Excellent people management skills.
