Front of House Restaurant Manager - Waterkloof Ridge

Busy modern Italian Restaurant in Pretoria Waterkloof area is looking for a front of house manager. Must have experience in a busy Restaurant environment with extensive knowledge of Restaurant floor management. Candidates with 4+ years management experience in sit-down Restaurants will be considered. Must have strong communications skills with the ability to manage a complete Restaurant floor. Applicants must be well spoken and must have exceptional customer relations skills. Candidates with a loyal working history will be preferred. References must be contactable. Experience with Restaurant administration & cash-ups required. Duties will include staff management, stock control, opening & closing procedures. Looking for someone that can lead a front of house team and who can work under pressure. Applicants must be ambitious, self-motivated, and energetic. Salary R 14 – 17 K.
