Job Purpose:
To provide operational and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition vertical in effectively managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring delivery of timely and high-quality & steady hiring outcomes by coordinating recruitment activities, managing candidate communications, maintaining recruitment data, and ensuring smooth execution of the hiring process while enhancing overall candidate and stakeholder experience.
To ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires by coordinating joining formalities, pre- and post-activities, facilitating seamless integration into the organization, and enabling early productivity and alignment with company culture, supporting new hires in their transition to drive engagement, retention, and early productivity.
