Position Overview As a Front-Line Manager in Training, you will participate in a structured six-week development program designed to prepare you for success as a Front-Line Manager within CarMax's Service Operations department. This program equips you with the tools, knowledge, and leadership skills needed to manage operational processes and lead high-performing teams. Training includes learning the roles and responsibilities of Service Operations, understanding end-to-end production processes such as inventory management, and cosmetic/mechanical repair.
