Job Description
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff professionally
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
- Schedule and manage appointments or bookings
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
- Coordinate with other departments as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail or deliveries
Qualifications
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administration preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and friendly attitude
- High school diploma required; additional administrative training is a plus
