Our client in Mount Laurel, New Jersey is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist. This is a temporary assignment with the potential to become Temp to Hire for the right candidate. The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, 8AM-4:30PM and it is offering $20/hr
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phones
Greet Visitors
Operate switchboard/transfer calls to the appropriate departments
Sort and deliver mail
Maintain conference schedules
Additional office support duties as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous Reception experience with a multi-line phone system preferred
Previous experience with Outlook preferred
Excellent written and oral communication
