Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in maximizing room sales and revenue.
- Prepare guest name lists.
- Prepare for guest arrivals and departures.
- Greet and address guests by name upon check‑in and check‑out.
- Assist guests while registering.
- Assist guests with transportation arrangements, luggage, payment, etc.
- Escort guests to their rooms.
- Inform Guest Service Attendants of guests’ room numbers.
- Show room features and facilities to guests.
- Assist and follow up guests’ requests and inquiries.
- Recommend F&B outlets and entertainment within the hotel to guests.
- Brief next shift personnel for handover at shift end.
- Provide information, directions, and service based on hotel standards and policies.
