Front Desk Operations
- Overseeallaspectsoffrontdeskoperationsduringassignedshifts,including:
- Welcomingandgreetingguestsinaprofessionalandfriendlymanner.
- Answeringtelephonecallsandrespondingtoguestinquiriespromptly.
- Processingguestcheck-insandcheck-outsefficientlyandaccurately.
- Balancingdailytransactionsandcompletingshiftreconciliation.
