Job Description
Department Coordination
- Supervise daily operations across all fresh departments (F&V, Butcher, Fish, Hot Food, Bakery)
- Ensure smooth coordination between section supervisors and staff
- Monitor workflow, staffing, and productivity
Product Quality & Freshness
- Ensure all products meet freshness, quality, and presentation standards
- Conduct regular checks on expiry dates, temperature, and storage conditions
- Maintain high standards in food safety and hygiene
Inventory & Stock Control
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment
- Minimize wastage, shrinkage, and spoilage
- Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams for stock availability
Sales & Merchandising
- Ensure attractive product displays and proper merchandising
