Job Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to screen and assess candidates.

Follow up with candidates through calls, emails, and text messages during the onboarding process.

Guide candidates on onboarding requirements and first-day readiness.

Extend offers and complete end-to-end hiring activities in Workday.

Update client systems with candidate interactions and hiring status.

Handle candidate queries and provide timely resolutions.
