Overview

• Resume / Cover Letter
• University Transcripts (Unofficial transcripts are accepted)
• All Summative Practicum Reports from sponsor teacher/university supervisor (for New Teachers)

Most recent Teacher Evaluation Reports for Experienced Teachers (if available)

• Minimum of two Professional or written / Educational References from Immediate Supervisors who are knowledgeable about and can speak to your instructional practices.
