Summary

Under the general direction of the Director of Teaching and Learning (or designee), theChinese Dual Language Immersion (DLI) Coach provides instructional coaching and
professional learning to educators within the District's Chinese Dual Language Immersion
program. The coach collaborates with teachers, school administrators, and district staff to
strengthen Tier 1 instruction, improve Chinese language development and biliteracy
outcomes, and promote effective implementation of the Dual Language Immersion model.
The position supports continuous improvement through coaching cycles, data analysis, and
