Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams on shipment planning and documentation
- Ensure all shipping documents are accurate to support smooth customer deliveries
- Monitor incoming shipments and follow up on pre-alerts in a timely manner
- Liaise with vendors and transport partners to resolve day-to-day operational issues
- Assist in special projects and provide operational support when required
- Work closely with warehouse partners and transporters to ensure timely customs clearance and delivery
