Job Description
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of freight forwarding sales experience
- UAE sales experience in Sea Freight or Air Freight is mandatory
- Strong client network and proven business development experience
- Knowledge of shipping lines, airlines, freight pricing and operations
- Familiarity with Incoterms, shipping documentation and international trade
- Strong communication, negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close profitable deals
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends
- Coordinate with operations teams for smooth service delivery
- Maintain sales pipelines, forecasts and activity reports
