- Coordinate the logistics of inbound and outbound cargo, including booking shipments, arranging transportation, and tracking deliveries.
- Liaise with internal teams, external carriers, and customers to provide updates and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to all logistics activities.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis to identify areas for process improvement.
- Support the implementation of new logistics initiatives and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a logistics or freight forwarding role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
