Freight Booking & Customer Service Specialist

EA RECRUITMENT PTE LTD is seeking a Customer Service role in logistics for their well-established freight forwarding operations in Singapore. The successful candidate will ensure accurate documentation and processing of customer bookings, assist in trucking arrangements, and communicate any shipment changes promptly. A GCE O Level, Diploma, or Degree in Logistics Management (or equivalent) and 1 to 3 years of relevant experience are required for this position, which operates from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
