Freelance Site Manager

Freelance Site Manager required for main contractor that specifically work in the industrial/logistics industry who are currently looking for someone on a £9m new build scheme, reporting to the Project Manager you will primarily be responsible for overseeing all onsite activities involving the coordination/supervision for all onsite subcontract packages, Health & Safety etc. Main core works that you will be involved with include managing the external envelope and internal fitout, cladding, roofing, PV, prowall, curtain wall, windows, docks, internal slab and office fitout.

CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates will be a minimum mandatory requirement aswell as experience delivering industrial/logistic unit schemes.
