Freelance Senior Project Manager

As a Freelance Senior Project Manager, this role manages delivery across complex healthcare and pharmaceutical work streams, partnering closely with Client Services and cross-functional teams. The role requires fluent German communication to support German-speaking clients, stakeholders, and project teams.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end project management across multi-work stream healthcare or pharmaceutical projects using tools such as Smartsheet, JIRA, Microsoft Project, or TFS
• Partner with Client Services, discipline leads, stakeholders to align deliverables, timelines, budgets, and expectations
