Freelance On-Site IT Support Specialist (VIP Support)

TECEZE is seeking a reliable IT Support Specialist to provide on-site technical assistance as a Backfill or Freelancer when full-time engineers are unavailable.

You will troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and Office 365 issues, manage hardware inventory, perform IMAC tasks, and coordinate with vendors while adhering to SLAs. This role requires independent, high-touch end-user support in Castro-Urdiales, Cantabria.
