Job Description
We are currently looking to engage an experienced Mechanical Project Manager for a freelance opportunity based in London, working with a well-established M&E contractor delivering a mix of commercial and healthcare projects.
This role will see you taking full responsibility for mechanical packages, overseeing delivery from pre-construction through to completion, managing subcontractors, programme, and client relationships on site.
The contractor has a strong pipeline of secured work across the South East and is looking for someone who can come in and hit the ground running.
💰 Day Rate: £350 – £450+ (depending on experience)
📍 Location: London
📅 Start: Immediate / short notice preferred
Ideal candidates will have previous experience delivering mechanical packages on commercial or healthcare schemes and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
