Freelance Facility Design and Development

Job Description

• Collect, process, and analyze relevant data to support business decisions
• Present clear findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders
• Develop accurate cost estimations for facility investments and improvements
• Prepare and manage Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) breakdowns for proposed options
• Prepare and manage Operational Expenditure (OPEX) projections for proposed options
• Update and maintain all facility-related data in a structured and accessible manner
• Recap and monitor capacity projection data across facility portfolio
• Track and report lease timelines for all relevant properties
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency for reporting purposes

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Architecture or Civil Engineering is a plus
• Minimum 1 (one) year of working experience in a facility design or related role
