What you will be doing
As a Feedback and Information Governance Support Officer, you will be helping members of the community access information about themselves and the council.
Working closely with some of our most vulnerable r esidents, you will deliver a valuable service by responding to their concerns, complaints and requests for information. You will be committed to providing a high-quality, customer-focused service, ensuring all enquiries are handled efficiently and information is clear and accurate.
What you will be doing
- Working as part of a small, supportive team, you will play a key role in collating and maintaining records to enable timely and effective responses to information requests and Subject Access Requests under the Data Protection Act 2018.
