Overview
Airswift is seeking an experienced FPSO Delivery Lead to join a major offshore development project based in Mexico City, supporting the delivery of a critical FPSO asset from FEED through EPC(I) and offshore installation phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main Company interface with FPSO FEED and EPC(I) contractors.
- Lead and coordinate FPSO engineering and delivery teams.
- Ensure contractor performance aligns with project schedule, KPIs and quality standards.
- Manage interfaces with SURF and WHP contractors to ensure schedule and technical alignment.
- Provide leadership on HSEQ matters and act as a role model for contractors.
- Support contract administration, change management, claims, NCRs, and technical queries.
- Participate in risk workshops, identifying and mitigating project risks.
- Ensure lessons learned are captured and incorporated.
