Job Description
Founding Quantitative Researcher & Trader | Delta-Neutral Strategies (Remote) Boundary is building USBD, a verifiable, delta-neutral DeFi stablecoin engineered for institutional fiduciaries. Backed by Galaxy ($2M pre-seed), audited by Cyfrin with zero critical findings, and one of the few protocols in Chainlink's BUILD program. Founded by Matthew Mezger (ex-Head of Trading at DCG, multi-billion USD book; ex-Deutsche Bank Head of NA Rates eTrading), Roman Drapeko (ex-McKinsey QuantumBlack, distinguished AI engineer), and Mathias NC (ex-McKinsey financial services tech).
We're hiring our founding Quantitative Researcher & Trader, our first hire on the quant side. The strategies you build will directly back a stablecoin, not sit in a separate alpha book. Capital allocation, risk parameters, and venue selection are the product.
