Founding Principal Consultant, Forge Secure AI

Lead innovative AI strategies as Founding Principal Consultant at iTmethods in Toronto (hybrid). This pivotal role involves driving engagements and scaling the practice effectively.

As part of the Forge Practice, you will directly report to the CEO, guiding clients through the Forge Secure AI journey. You will codify methodologies to support rapid growth, recruit and mentor new talents, and build a strategic pipeline for ongoing success in regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities: • Directly manage FSAI engagements for clients • Develop scalable methodologies and training programs • Hire, mentor, and guide a new wave of AI experts • Generate a robust pipeline within current client networks • Collaborate with the partnerships team for global engagements
