Founding Fixed Plant Maintenance Supervisor – Underground Gold

Tradestaff New Zealand is partnering with a leading underground gold mining operation to recruit a Fixed Plant Maintenance Supervisor. This role leads a skilled maintenance team responsible for safe, reliable and efficient processing plant performance from day one.

You will coordinate planned maintenance, drive continuous improvement, and build a high-performing team as the mine moves toward first production and a ten-year-plus operating life.
