We’re looking for a hands‑on technical leader to architect and build a robust, scalable enterprise AI interviewing platform for one of our clients, that balances speed, compliance, and customizability while remaining AI-agent-native from the start.

Responsibilities

• Develop an enterprise AI interviewing platform that absorbs client‑specific needs without sacrificing development speed or fragmenting the product.
• Transform individual client requirements into reusable platform features—avoiding per‑client hacks and parallel product branches.
• Design a technical foundation that supports rapid, confident iteration with critical flow testing, effective observability, safe releases, and proactive error surfacing.
• Integrate compliance, modular architecture, and scalable integrations as core components of the system, not add‑ons.
