Job Description

At Factorial, we’re expanding our platform beyond HR and Finance to include IT, Cloud, and Device Management, creating the first truly connected people and IT management experience. We’re looking for Founding Account Executives to join the early sales team for Factorial IT, help define our go-to‑market approach, and close the first deals that will shape this new business line.

The Role

As a Founding AE, you’ll own the full sales cycle—from discovery to close—for Factorial IT. You’ll speak with IT Managers, CIOs, and Operations leaders to understand how they manage their people, devices, and SaaS tools today, and show them how Factorial can unify it all in one platform. Depending on your profile and career goals, you’ll focus either on new business (new logos) or customer expansion (existing customers – upselling Factorial HR clients).
