High Five is hiring on behalf of Our Client - they build and deploy production-grade AI sales agents for businesses in Southeast Asia. These agents handle real customer conversations on WhatsApp and Instagram: answering questions, recommending products, creating bookings, processing payments, and following up automatically. They don't just answer FAQs. They execute full sales and service workflows, end-to-end, inside the chat.
Ideal profile?
- Someone who can execute clearly scoped implementations reliably.
- Works from a well-defined spec.
- Raises flags when something is underspecified rather than making silent behavioral assumptions.
- Reviews Junior FDE output and catches implementation errors.
