Job Description
Responsibilities
- Embed with enterprise customers to understand their creative production pipelines and identify where ElevenLabs tools create the most value
- Build and demonstrate AI-powered creative workflows, including voice, music, image, video, and dubbing, tailored to specific use cases
- Create high-quality reference content and prototypes using ElevenLabs products to set the standard for what is possible
- Consult with customer creative and production leads, translating technical capabilities into concrete creative and business opportunities
- Design reusable workflow templates, guides, and best practices to accelerate customer adoption
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to surface customer needs and inform the product roadmap
- Produce case studies and success stories documenting customer outcomes
- Educate and train customer teams through workshops and hands-on sessions
