Accountable for own work within defined operating procedures, standards and work routines.
Job Purpose
To ensure effective operational excellence is achieved through the efficient and accurate loading and offloading of production lines and trucks in operations.
Key Accountabilities and Outputs
Efficient Forklift Operation
• Perform start up inspection and register for forklift operation
• Feed production with preforms or empty cans
• Feed lines with layer pads
• Feed lines with empty pallets
• Take out finished product from the Production Lines and place into the relevant warehouse sections
• Abide by health and safety requirements of the company and ensure that actions do not endanger fellow colleagues, equipment or property
• Abide by quality measures in place within the company
