Forensic Care Coordinator

Overview


Helio Health's In Community Program (formerly Circare) is designed to help individuals and families, who have encountered certain obstacles develop the resources and supports to live a satisfying, naturally independent life.
TheForensic Care Coordinator will work in collaboration with the county SPOA department, correctional system, and the county forensic transition specialist to support the effective transition of individuals with a serious psychiatric disorder into the community upon release from incarceration. This position is a hybrid work environment.
Pay Rate:$52,000 yearly.
