We have a busy forward work program and are looking for a Leading Hand to join our Three Waters team. You will have a good knowledge and understanding of three waters networks with experience in pipelaying, backfilling and compaction, working in and around trenches and service connection. This position will provide efficient, effective on‑site management of construction contracts, ensuring optimal use of plant and labour. You are committed to championing high standards of workmanship while upholding all health, safety and environmental requirements. You will also support contract profitability and ensure full compliance with contractual documentation.
