Foreman - Structure (Steelfixing)

We are looking for a skilled Foreman specializing in structure steelfixing to oversee the construction projects and ensure all steel fixing work is carried out efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of structural drawings, be able to manage a team of workers, and maintain a safe working environment.

• Interpret structural drawings and plans to determine the requirements for steelfixing.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of steelfixers on site to ensure quality and timeliness of work.
• Inspect and approve materials used in the construction project to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures to create a secure working environment.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any issues that arise.
