Join Our Growing Painting Team We are seeking a qualified and experienced Painting Foreman to lead crews and oversee residential and commercial painting projects. Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience as a Painting Foreman or in a supervisory painting role Strong knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, coatings, and finishing Ability to manage and motivate painting crews Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to read and interpret project specifications Valid driver's license (preferred) Commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and meeting deadlines Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate painting crews on-site Ensure projects are completed on schedule and to company standards Monitor quality control and safety compliance Manage materials, equipment, and daily site operations Communicate effectively with management, clients, and team members Train and support crew members as needed We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience Stable, full-...
