Job Description
. Responsible for assisting Project coordinator, manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality
. Responsible for assisting to manage and monitor site operation, workers and contractors
. Responsible for effective site administration which include site safety and control of materials and machinery on site
. Support the Project supervisor and manager as needed
. Ensure smooth job operations
. Able to rectify and supervise works done on site
. Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
. Having relevant working experience in construction industry / project site work is beneficial
. Able to read and write in simple English is a plus
. Good interpersonal and communication skills
. Working knowledge of construction tools, machinery and equipment
